Altlastensanierung und Abraumdeponie Langes Feld GmbH is one of the leading waste management companies in eastern Austria. The company’s headquarters have been situated in north Vienna for over 30 years, with further sites in Fischamend and Stockerau.

Our main area of activity is the professional disposal of waste, recovery of raw materials, production of quality-tested recycled construction materials, mechanical biological treatment of municipal waste and the creation of site-appropriate soil.

Altlastensanierung und Abraumdeponie Langes Feld GmbH was originally founded by several companies to remediate Langes Feld, a contaminated brownfield site. Since then, it has become a subsidiary of majority shareholder PORR Umwelttechnik GmbH, with a smaller stake held by U.D.T. Umwelt- und Deponietechnik GmbH. As a self-financed project, the costs of work to remediate the brownfield site were covered by the income generated by operating as an approved landfill site.
